Federal election sign permit forms now available

Ladysmith, BC
 - The Town is reminding all candidates that they must obtain a temporary sign permit before placing any campaign signs within Ladysmith's municipal limits.

A temporary sign permit is mandatory for any election signage to be displayed on public or private property.

To obtain a permit, candidates must download and complete the application form at https://www.ladysmith.ca/business-development/application-forms/other-application-forms.

There is a $10 permit fee and applicants are required to provide a $100 refundable deposit. Failure to obtain a permit may result in the removal of signs.
