Council Advisory Committees

Council regularly appoints community members to participate on various Town Commissions, including:

• Parks, Recreation & Culture Advisory Committee
• Public Arts Committee
• Community Planning Advisory Committee
• Official Community Plan Steering Committee
• Arts & Heritage Hub Design Steering Committee
• Accessibility Advisory Committee

The Committees typically meet once a month, and their role is to offer advice to Council about matters that affect all Ladysmith residents. Council needs your thoughts and your knowledge, so please consider joining a Commission.
