Temporary Closure Notice: Oyster Bay Marina access road and lower parking lot

The access road and lower parking lot serving the Oyster Bay Marina will be closed for vehicle traffic from Monday, February 26th to Friday, March 8th, 2024, due to the following construction activities:

- Removal of the existing concrete block building.
- Removal of the deteriorated log retaining wall and loose material on the slope.
- Stabilizing the exposed slope by armouring it with blast rock.

Due to heavy truck traffic and excavator work, vehicle access to the marina will be restricted day and night. Pedestrian access will be maintained from the existing concrete stairs to the dock entrance with a fenced off corridor.

We understand the construction will be an inconvenience for you and we will do our best to minimize the disturbance.
