Roberts Street reopen following repair of water main

Roberts Street is now fully reopen to traffic. Thanks for your patience as crews completed repair of the water main.

***Update #3 - December 14, 2:00 pm***
Roberts Street continues to be closed between 2nd and 4th Avenue as Town crews work to repair a water main break from earlier this morning.
We are hoping to have the road reopened to traffic by late afternoon/early evening and appreciate the public's patience, especially those impacted earlier by the emergency temporary water shutoff.
We'll provide you with another update when Roberts Street is reopen.

Water will be turned back on to all residents effected by 12:00 pm.

Roberts Street between 2nd and 4th Avenue will be closed until further notice.

We'll keep you posted as soon as we have more information.

A water main break has occurred at Roberts Street and 3rd Avenue. Town crews are on scene and assessing the situation to determine next steps. 

Due to the icy conditions this morning, motorists are advised to please avoid this area until further notice.
